Syria's National Coalition has refused to take part in proposed talks in Moscow, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said on Friday.
"The talks are a Russian initiative. (...) The idea has recently been discussed with Syrian opposition groups in Geneva. Unfortunately, the National Coalition has refused to support the proposition," he says.
