James Appathurai says Kazakhstan is Nato's major partner in Central Asia

Special Representative of Nato Secretary General for Central Asia and the Caucasus James Appathurai says Kazakhstan is the alliance's most important partner in Central Asia.

According to the official, relations between Nato and Kazakhstan are developing well and he underlined that mutual ties has always been very successful.

Appathurai also thanks the Kazakh authorities for their efforts to secury transit of Nato's cargo to Afghanistan.
