Georgian President-elect Georgy Margelashvili, who is set to assume power on November 17, may attend the 2014 Winter Olympic Games, which are scheduled to be held in the Russian city of Sochi in February.
Margelashvili told reporters today that such an idea is being considered.
Incumbent Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili has always said that Georgia should boycott the games.
