Vladimir Zhirinovsky, leader of the LDPR, expressed regret for his words regarding birth control in the Caucasus, RIA Novosti reports.
The politician admitted that the majority of people had approved his words. He clarified that his birth control ideas were only regarding international experience and that there were not plans to realize them in Russia.
