Kabardino-Balkarian leader orders faster digitalization of documents

Kabardino-Balkarian Leader Arsen Kanokov has order the government to speed up the process of document digitalization, ITAR-TASS reports.The digitalized document database will be tested in 2014 and launched in 2015.At a recent video conference with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, Kabardino-Balkaria was named one of the leaders of requests for electronic interaction with the state authorities.Constantine Khramov, Prime Minister of Kabardino-Balkaria, said that information technologies should be used more actively, so that any authority could sign documents using an iPad. He added that Kanokov wanted the government to be more open to the population.
