Syrian opposition forms interim government

At a meeting in Istanbul the Syrian opposition has formed an interim government that will run the territories controlled by the rebel forces.

Ahmad Tomah has been elected as the head of the interim government. Assad Mustafa will head the Ministry of Defense, Ibragim Miro - the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Fayez al-Daher - the Ministry of Justice.
