Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov says the agreement reached by Iran and the 5+1 group (the US, the UK, France, Russia, China and Germany) should be formalized in a special document.
The minister said so in an interview today with the TVTS TV channel.
According to Lavrov, even though the parties failed to sign an official agreement in Geneva, they have reached mutual understanding.
