The special working group composing the Convention on Legal Status of the Caspian Sea will meet in Moscow on November 21-22, News Azerbaijan reports.
Deputy foreign ministers of Russia, Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan will attend the talks. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will make a speech at the meeting.
The sides will discuss preparations for the fourth Caspian summit of Russia in 2014.
The working group has sessions in Caspian states in order. It composes the Convention and organizes regular meetings of presidents and foreign ministers of Caspian states.
