Boris Ebzeyev has taken additional counter-terrorist measures, the press-service of the head of Karachay-Cherkessia reports.
He said that preventive measures should be taken due to Knowledge Day. Ebzeyev urged countermeasures to be taken in buildings of the administration, municipalities and the Russian authorities. This includes protection of civilians, hospitals, schools and kindergartens.
All educational centers will have a day of mourning on September 3rd 2010, dedicated to Solidarity Day in the fight against terrorism.
