Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has congratulated the Islamic Republic's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on the historic deal between Iran and the 5+1 group over teh Iranian nuclear programme, Press TV reports.
In his letter President Rouhani thanked Khamenei for his support and guidelines and praised the Iranian nation’s backing of the administration, teh news agency informs.
