Russia won't supply arms if it destabilises the situation in a region, Russian Foreign Minister Sergay Lavrov said, commenting on the possible sale of S-300 missile defense systems to Azerbaijan, reports Armenia News. Information appeared that Azerbaijan is to purchase two squadrons of S-300 class II M “Favorit” supplies. Russia later denied the fact. Lavrov has claimed that arms are supplied only according to international law and if there is no destabilising factor.
