Syria’s Assad to skip Geneva-2 Conference

French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad will not attend the Geneva-2 Conference in January, ITAR-TASS reports.He added that the format of talks will be very complicated but would be the only decision to negotiate without Assad and terrorists. Fabius said that the US was positive about the idea too.
