Lakhdar Brahimi, Special Envoy of the UN and the Arab League for Syria, said that there was no list of delegates attending the Geneva-2 Conference.
Brahimi plans to meet Russian and US negotiators on December 20, 2013. He urged Syrian authorities and opposition to reduce tensions. The conference will be held on January 22, 2014.
