Georgian Deputy Prime Minister Kakha Kaladze has been appointed as the new Secretary General of the ruling Georgian Dream coalition. The former head of and the founder of the coalition, billionaire Bidzina Ivanishvili, resigned from politics on Sunday.
The Georgian Dream coalition has been running the country since the 2012 parliamentary elections.
