Russian President Vladimir Putin has dismissed Major-General Sergey Bobrov, Chief of the Chechen Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee, the Russian president’s website reports.
Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov said that the Kremlin had not explained reasons for the dismissal.
