Lakhdar Brahimi, Special Envoy of the UN and LAS, said that the Geneva-2 Conference for Syria will be held a different city, Interfax reports.
UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon will hold the World Economic Forum in Davos on January 22, 2014. Attendants of the Forum have already booked hotels and there may not be enough rooms for attendants of the Geneva-2 Conference held simultaneously.
Brahimi noted that they may stay in Montreux for 24 hours and then move to Geneva after the Davos Forum.
