Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers Elmar Mammadyarov and Edward Nalbandian will meet in Kiev today, Vesti.az reports.
They will discuss the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. They will meet within the framework of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers.
