Zaynalov may become Plenipotentiary Envoy to Dagestani Central District

Shamil Zaynalov, ex-Prime Minister of Dagestan, may become the Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Central Territorial District of the republic, said Dagestani Leader Ramazan Abdulatipov at a meeting with attendants of the Dagestani president’s press club, ITAR-TASS reports.Abdulatipov proposed the formation of four territorial districts to govern the republic in November. Plenipotentiary envoys would have status of vice prime ministers of ministers and inform them about progress in the territories daily. The new system would encourage integration of the republic.Zaynalov was the Prime Minister of Dagestan in 2006-2010. He is a member of the Dagestani parliament and the United Russia Party.
