The President of Kyrgyzstan, Roza Otunbaeva, is to visit Yerevan to take part in the informal Collective Security Treaty Organization summit. She is to deliver a speech and hold several bilateral meetings with heads of the member-states, reports 1news.az, citing Armenian mass media. One of the summit’s main issues will be the situation in Kyrgyzstan. The delegation includes the Kyrgyz Minister of Culture and Information, Sadyk Sher-Niyaz, who will discuss consolidation of Armenian-Kyrgyz relations in the spheres of culture, science and information.
