One billion roubles retained during reconstruction works in Tskhinvali

The Russian General Prosecutor’s office has claimed that several transgressions were discovered in the reconstruction work in South Ossetia by Russian companies and the Ministry of Regional Development, reports Georgia Online. The Minister of Regional Development, Viktor Basargin, was demanded to eliminate the transgressions of the Russian budgetary laws. The Russian building contractors retained one billion roubles.
