Ukraine decided to halt European integration on its own accord

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that Ukraine halted the European integration process on its own accords. He said that Russia was not indifferent to what was happening in Ukraine and was interested in trade-economic ties with the country.Medvedev clarified that Ukraine had understood the reaction of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan to formation of the EU free trade zone in Ukraine.Commenting on the recent events in Ukraine, the PM said that the situation was complicated and reflected the emotional aspect of the decisions.
