Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that preparations for the Sochi Olympic Games were complicated because its location was not ready for the Games when Russia was awarded the event. He clarified that hotels, sports facilities, infrastructure and communications had been built in Sochi.The prime minister added that a railway was being built.
