Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman for Russian President Vladimir Putin, says no agreement concerning Ukraine's accession to the Customs Union of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus has been reached.
World media reported earlier today that Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and his Russian counterpart have just signed an agreement, according to which Ukraine will join the union, while Russia provides a $5 billion loan and lowers gas prices.
