Maintaining the current status quo in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is unacceptable, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Linas Linkevičius said after the 14th meeting of the Council of the EU-Armenia relations.
The EU gives priority to finding a peaceful solution to this problem. Also, participants in the meeting expressed their support for the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group.
Moreover, Lynas Linkevičius urged both sides to refrain from actions aimed at escalating tensions in the region, which could have a negative impact on the negotiations.
