Rossotrudnichestvo head to be introduced by Russian foreign minister

The Russian Foreign Ministry has prepared a decree project to adjust the procedure of introduction of Rossotrudnichestvo head, Izvestia reports.Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered composition of the decree. Heads of Rossotrudnichestvo had been introduced by the prime minister, then president and will be introduced by the foreign minister, should the decree be passed.
