Armenia has developed a road map to settle relations with Turkey. Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu received it secretly 10 days ago, Tert.am reports.
The document has three conditions for Turkey: it must recognise the Armenian Genocide and accept responsibility for the tragedy, open the Armenian-Turkish border and restore diplomatic relations with Armenia. Armenia will allow Turkey to assist in the peacekeeping mission in Nagorno-Karabakh and monitor the situation.
Davutoglu will visit Yerevan and give Turkey’s response to the road map at a meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian.
