Secretary of Security Council of Armenia visits Russia

Today the Secretary of the National Security Council of Armenia, Artur Bagdasaryan, arrived on a working visit to Russia. Bagdasaryan was invited by the Russian Security Council Secretary, Nikolai Patrushev.
