Iranian Ambassador to Turkey Alirza Bikdeli said yesterday that foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Iran will sign a joint declaration at their next meeting in late December, Trend reports.
The three states formed working groups for energy, trade and economics to prepare for the ministerial meeting. These working groups will compose the declaration.
Iranian and Turkish Foreign Ministers Mohammad Javad Zarif and Ahmet Davutoglu will meet in the Gumushan Province in Turkey before the trilateral ministerial talks and will also meet within the framework of Developing Eight (D-8) session hosted by Pakistan on December 19.
