Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov said that everyone, including himself, should be responsible for the behaviour of Chechens living in Moscow and other Russian regions, Interfax reports.
He emphasized that heads of regions should be responsible for hooligan acts committed by their residents. Heads of regions should teach young people about morals, Kadyrov believes. The Chechen leader added that problems Moscow residents had with Chechen natives had been minimized.
