Georgian Prime Minister Irakly Garibashvili said that Georgia will form a council for state security and crisis management and a unified center for crisis management. US, British and Israeli partners will help accomplish the project, Trend reports.
Garibashvili held an emergency council where he was informed about the situation in Western Georgia and the restoration progress. He urged mass media to report the situation objectively.
