Turkish Interior Minister Muammer Guler and EU Commissioner for Home Affairs Cecilia Malstrom will sign a readmission agreement today, Trend reports.
In 3.5 years' time, Turkish citizens will be able to enter EU states without visas.
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and Minister for EU Affairs Egemen Bagis will attend the ceremony of signing the treaty.
