Russia's UN envoy accuses Syrian rebels of using chemical weapons

Russian Envoy to the UN Vitaly Churkin said at the UN Security Council that there were no arguments proving Syrian rebels had not used chemical weapons, RIA Novosti reports.A report on chemical weapons in Syria was made under the supervision of Ake Salstrom (Switzerland) and was presented by UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon yesterday.
