Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov presented 23-year-old minister Yakub Zakriyev, the new executive for affairs of Kadyrov and the Chechen government, yesterday, Yuga.ru reports.
The first task Kadyrov gave Zakriyev was to prepare festive presents for pupils.
Zakriyev was born in Alleroy (Kurchaloyevsky District, Chechnya) in 1990. He graduated at the Moscow Suvorov School and entered the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. He graduated at the university in 2013 as a specialist of economics. He was Deputy Head of the administration of Kadyrov and the Chechen government.
