The first bomb exploded near a TV mast being constructed in the town of Tyrnyauz at 7.10, Moscow Time. The second device went off after the police arrived at the crime scene. The first bomb is estimated to have had an explosive mass equivalent to 10 kilograms of TNT.
The case is being investigated.
