During a meeting today, members of the State Duma approved a bill, according to which foreigners coming to Russia from countries with which Russia has a visa-free regime will be allowed to stay in the country for only 90 days in a half-year.
Those who violate the regulations will be prohibited from entering the territory of the Russian Federation for three years.
