Kabardino-Balkarian acting leader Yuri Kokov has formed the new government. Constantine Khramov has become the Prime Minister of the republic, Interfax-South reports.
Most ministers have been reappointed as acting ministers. Deputy Prime Minister Albert Kazdokhov was dismissed. Deputy Minister for Construction and Architecture Anzor Tutukov and Deputy Minister for Transportation, Communications and Roads Arsen Kudayev have become Acting Ministers.
Nina Yemuzova, Head of the Institute for Skill Upgrade and Retraining of Education Staff of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University has become the Acting Minister for Science and Education.
