Kabardino-Balkarian ex-Leader Arsen Kanokov, who had voluntarily resigned and been dismissed by Russian President Vladimir Putin in early December, has become a local MP, RIA Novosti reports.
Kanokov is an MP of the United Russia Party.
Yuri Kokov is the Acting Leader of Kabardino-Balkaria.
