Constantine Romodanovsky, Head of the Russian Federal Migration Service, proposed banning violators from visa-free states for 10 years, RIA Novosti reports.He reminded that parliament had passed an act that allowed citizens of states with which Russia had the visa-free regime in force to stay in the country for 90 days per half a year. Violators would be banned for 3 years.Romodanovsky proposed 5-year bans for violators of the half-year terms and 10-year bans for violators of one-year term.Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed bans of 3-10 years in his message for the Federal Assembly on December 12.
