The head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, and his Karachay-Cherkessian counterpart, Rashid Temrezov, commented on the results of 2013 during a press conference held in the framework of the meeting of the Council of the North Caucasus Regional Economic Cooperation Association this week.
According to Kadyrov, he is surprised by the success achieved by Chechnya this year. Agriculture, industry and the social sphere were developing very successfully, the Chechen leader says.
The head of Karachay-Cherkessia is also proud of his republic. The life stadards imrpoved greatly, he notes.
