Russian president finalizes free trade deal with Abkhazia and South Ossetia

Russian President Vladimir Putin today signed laws establishing a free trade area with the Georgian breakaway republics of Abkhazia and South Ossetia. Sugar, alcohol and tobacco goods are excluded from the deal.
