Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered realization of the May 2012 orders and criticized executives for leaving most of them unaccomplished, Gazeta.ru reports.
According to the orders, people are supposed to be moved to better houses from housing in unsatisfactory condition (as of January 1, 2012) by September 1, 2017. Only 4% of the plan has been realized, 1,500 out of 42,000 people moved.
Putin said that criticized executives, saying that their work in 1.5 years either caused public outrage or had no results. He reminded that investments in Russian economy should reach 25% of the GDP by 2015. 25 million high-productivity jobs should be modernized.
