Today the Georgian State Commission for the country's integration into NATO held a meeting.
The main agenda of the meeting was the one-year national program of Georgia and the steps taken by the country in 2013 towards joining the alliance.
The national program of 2013 was evaluated by NATO as the best in the last five years, the State Minister for Integration into European and Euro-Atlantic structures, Alexi Petriashvili said.
The chairman of the parliamentary committee on defense and security, Irakli Sesiashvili expressed confidence that the process of integration into the alliance will be even more active in the future.
