Lawyers of Dzhokhar Tsarnayev, suspected organizer of the Boston Marathon blast, have failed to postpone the court’s consideration to hold trial of the suspect in a city other than Boston. The lawyers wanted more time to file the request because the attorney general will decide whether to demand death penalty or not in late January.
Federal prosecutor Carmen Ortiz said that the lawyers could not provide enough reasons to postpone the process until February 28.
