Syrian rebels may skip Geneva-2 Conference

The Syrian National Coalition of Opposition and Revolutionary Forces may skip the Geneva-2 Conference, unless Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s troops stop bombing Aleppo, said Secretary General of the organization Badr Jamous, RIA Novosti reports.

According to the OSDH (London), the bombings in Aleppo started on December 15 have resulted in over 300 people dead.

Jamous announced will decide whether to attend the conference at a meeting in Istanbul on January 7.
