Russian President Vladimir Putin gave a high rating to cooperation of Russia and Kazakhstan. He noted at a meeting with Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev that experts of both states found common grounds in exploitation of the Baykonur Cosmodrome, RIA Novosti reports.
Nazarbayev noted that 2013 was a very good year for bilateral relations: the countries signed an agreement on good neighbourhood and alliance. Deal on military cooperation was signed, a road map for cooperation in Baykonur. Ukrainian partners of the Yuzhmash project will help with missile developments. Another agreement was signed for Russian oil shipments to the republic.
