Armenia and Russia have signed an agreement liberalizing air services today, Armenia Today reports.
The document implies the policy of the Open Skies Treaty. Russia and Armenia will lift restrictions on regularity of flights, number of routes, capacity of planes.
Armenia plans to sign such agreements with other countries.
