Leaders of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan approve Eurasian Union deal project

The presidents of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan have approved a draft agreement establishing the Eurasian Economic Union, which is expected to be signed on May 1, 2014. If signed, it will come into effect on January 1, 2015, ITAR-TASS reports.
