The Vice President of the Georgian breakaway republic of Abkhazia, Mikhail Logua, has offered his resignation to President Alexander Ankvab due to poor health, RIA Noosti reports on Wednesday.
Logua is now in Moscow, where he is undergoing treatment, the news agency informs
