Iranian FM appoints new representative for Caspian affairs

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has appointed Ibragim Rahimpur as the new Special Representative for Caspian Affairs. The representative is expected to conduct talks wih other Caspian states, which are Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan in order to clear the legal status of the Caspian Sea.
