VCIOM says Putin should be Politician of the Year for a 10th time

The VCIOM polling center of Russia said that President Vladimir Putin has become the Politician of the Year for the 10th time in a row. He received 44% of the votes, followed by Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu (8%) and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, RIA Novosti reports.Putin had 54% of the votes in 2012, Shoygu had 13%, Lavrov had 16%. Valery Fedorov, head of the polling agency, said that there was no loss of interest in elections in 2013.
